librasterlite-dev software package provides library supporting raster data sources for spatialite - headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librasterlite-dev
librasterlite-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librasterlite-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librasterlite-dev *
You will get with librasterlite-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
